Sign up with email
Open the app, tap Sign Up, enter your name, email, and a password. You'll get a confirmation email — click the link to activate your account.
Film your 15-second intro video
Tap the camera icon, hold to record, and introduce yourself in plain language: your name, what role you want, and one thing that makes you, you. Re-record as many times as you like.
Answer the RAI questionnaire
Around 20 quick questions about your availability, energy, and preferred team style. Be honest — your answers drive the match score companies see.
Add your languages and work permit
Tick every language you speak (with level) and confirm whether you have a Dutch work permit and BSN. These are hard filters companies use.
Swipe through the Discovery feed
Each card is a 15-second company pitch. Swipe up for the next, tap the card to see the role, perks, and team.
Tap “I'm Interested”
If the company also taps Request Interview, a private chat opens automatically and you'll get a notification.
Reply to chat messages quickly
Companies move fast — replying within 24 hours roughly doubles your chance of an interview.
Confirm interview proposals
When a company proposes a slot, you'll see it on the Calendar tab. Tap Confirm or suggest another time.
Add the interview to your calendar
Use the Add to Calendar button to download a .ics file that opens in Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.
Show up, follow up
After the interview, send a short thank-you in chat. If you're hired, you'll see a celebration screen and the company's onboarding contact.
The camera button does nothing when I tap it.
Fix: You probably denied camera permission. Go to your phone Settings → Synk & Sign → Camera → Allow, then reload the app.
Companies keep skipping me even though I'm a great fit.
Fix: Re-record your intro video in landscape with good lighting and finish a sentence about why you want hospitality. Cards with a clear face and clear voice get 3× more taps.
I confirmed an interview but it disappeared from my calendar.
Fix: The company likely cancelled or rescheduled — check the Chat tab for a message, then re-confirm or propose a new time from the candidate drawer.
I can't find a job I saw yesterday.
Fix: Either you already swiped past it (you can't go back) or the company paused the position. Search by company name in the Search tab.
